Coaching

It's hard to change things on your own. With a coach you get someone who wants what you want for yourself more than you do.​

As a coach I am privileged to share some of the journey, but it is YOUR journey, YOUR choices, YOU hold the answers to your life. As your coach I facilitate your discovering your own solutions and help you achieve personal  goals. I work with people who are up for a challenge and ready to grow. 

I have worked as a Co-Active Coach for seventeen years specialising in helping people to live more effectively,  meaningfully and authentically.

I am also a Positive Psychologist and the author of the Brilliant Series book on the subject. I came to coaching as a philosopher and work with people who are looking for for purpose and direction.

 

I like to work with people who want to wake up to their full potential whatever their current circumstances. ​My clients come from many sectors, I don't need to know anything about my clients business, I support people to become easier within themselves, with other people and with the world in general.  

 

I coach authentic leadership within a structured model that is rooted in all aspects wellbeing. 

 

Facilitating and supporting people to flourish, to come alive, is not an academic process- it is a process of the heart. 

I am a member of the International Coach Federation and a fully trained Co Active Coach  with CTI. 

 
Positive Psychology

Positive psychology tells us what works. It is the study of all aspects of living, thinking and behaviour that affect our well-being.

 

Centred on scientific research, positive psychology provides us with evidence of what qualities and skills significantly contribute to a fullfiling, healthy and flourishing life. It is not just about ‘being more positive’ but more about becoming the best of ourselves. Positive psychology research covers all aspects of being human, the bits we like and the power and resource that can be found in the bits we hide from.

Positive psychology is helping us understand and learn how we can experience all areas of our lives better and live to our full potential- the very bread and butter of good coaching - having a better knowledge of what the research is telling us and learning how to integrate this into a coaching practice is essential.

Each month you’ll set a meaningful goal and leave with positivity and the practical tools to make your goal a reality.

You’ll be welcomed into a warm, supportive environment and find yourself working in pairs and small groups.

You can join us for one workshop, but you'll find that coming to a series of workshops is not only more affordable, but also more rewarding.

Charlotte runs a local LifeClub in Salisbury on the first Saturday in the month from Quench Cafe .
